I agree, it's a great relief to me to be "off the grid", and personally, I love it when I'm sledding or driving and see my cell signal strength at 0!

 

Yes it is .. especially when you're "always connected" due to work .. being able to unplug and know you get left alone ... I'd kill for it on most days to be quite honest! I get the same kind of feeling of freedom when I fly just for the sakes of doing it .. Love those 200 dollar hamburger flights LOL!

 

Hey Mike .. if you need any help getting something put together you know how to get a hold of me .. . Since the ol' lady and I are contemplating Moab this year ourselves I have a great deal of the legwork already behind me ... granted .. we're looking to do the offroad/back country camping bit but I have hotel sources as well.
I also get prettydeep discounts on Hilton, Mariatts,Holiday Inn's, and so forththrough work but I would need a definite number of rooms and set dates to arrange it. This would mean a 110% committment from anyone needing it and preferably some type of arrangement to ensure the reservations ... as much as I would like to have the ability to pay for it upfront and have ya'll take care of it onsite .. I simply can't float that kind ofmoney right nowLOL!!!
