just an update guys....

i finally got her up and running again... i changed the terminals on the bats and changed the battery again just in case.... but finally gave up and had her towed to the stealership the other day... they told me it was the alarm and it had to be uninstalled.... i didnt even know the alarm was aftermarket so now its good charged me 450 to fix it... i feel i got ripped off but at least i can use her again

You have a 2008, right? It should still be under full warantee, and the battery, etc. covered. Before you buy anther part, check with the dealer first, as it should not be your expense at all.. 5 year/50000 mile bumper to bumper coverage.. Only have 18700 miles on my 2009, and it has saved me tons already.

If you are the original owner, and you purchased it with the alarm, you should have been covered. Would definitely write the Hummer (GM) warantee department about it, and find out what the problem with the dealer is. Maybe get your money back.

some aftermarket alarms have starter kills on them, when they are tripped they cut the starter.

That is actually a 4 year / 50,000 mile B2B warranty on the 08s.
Then you also have a 5 year / 100,000 mile drivetrain warranty on the 08s.

So as of today some of the early production 2008s (Nov-Dec 07s and Jan 08s) will be out of the 4 year warranty. All depends on the "inservice date".

sorry for the super late reply man but yah they said that the warranty expired.... but to be fair with them... even if i worked on my hummer all day for a week i would have never guessed it was the aftermarket alarm i tried that key thing how many times.... i was beyond frustrated
