Just recently hit the 200k mark.
200 miles later I started noticing 2 weeks ago some slight rumbling once I went above 60MPH on the highway. I thought the tires needed air as the rumbling was that light in similarity plus there are 24” wheels on it, (Nothing but issues since)
Also it looks like there’s gotta be a loose wire on my Transfer Case Control Motor as the transfer case was switched out a couple of months ago and since then it fell and I had to replace it with an aftermarket one that intermittently gives a service 4wd & service TPM message.
As if that wasn’t enough had a small fender bender & the insurance company’s body shop lost my skid plate in the front under the radiator and I have had difficulty finding one online at a reasonable price.
Onto yesterday drove about 60 miles no rumbling, the ride felt smooth, got to a job and parked.
Completed the job, as I returned to my truck I noticed this red oily fluid trailing down behind the truck.
Looks to be transmission fluid based on what I have seen online🤦🏽♂️.
Can anyone confirm if this looks like transmission fluid? If so has anyone ran into a similar repair and was it expensive? Thanks in advance
