Default Need some help with new Hummer H3 fluid leak transmission?

Hi first post but have been visiting for the knowledge for a while now and think y'all all great helping everyone so thank you!
PLEASE be nice😊 I have an 06 H3 w/ automatic transmission 35" tires with 120k miles I got in December 2019. It's a daily driver and only goes about 4 miles a day to work and back. What I've done so far:
Oil and filter change
Hood struts
All 4 bump stops(had none lol)
Replaced leaking radiator & all new fluid
Replaced camshaft actuator sensor after code appeared
New spark plugs (old ones had dirt down in the threads!)
Cleaned off debris from coil packs
New air filter
Cleaned the entire underside with a toothbrush removing the caked on oil and sludge
Replaced stock battery terminals

Backstory:
I have only ever had my 85 Cj7(Jeep) prior to the Hummer so I don't know as much about computers, fuel injection etc as my Cj7 had a carburetor, was nutter bypassed (all the computer components, removed cat exhaust etc) so it was more like a pre 70's muscle car compared to these new fancy cars lol.

Ok so now that you know why I will be asking such rediculous basic questions..I developed a leak under the Hummer..redish/orange/brown color fluid with NO smell but definitely oil(when ac condensation drips down onto the leaking fluid it bursts along surface so water vs oil was my thought?

I believe its transmission fluid or transfer case fluid?

In March I noticed the transmission dip stick tube bracket had snapped off, tube was bouncing all around. Found no tube seal so I got a new filler tube & rubber seal. Replaced in March..fast forward to 3 weeks ago and the little puddle under the hummer..

Got under and noticed the new seal had split apart.
I added no fluid to transmission or transfer case since I bought it so unsure why it would be leaking now if before when it had no seal snd wasn't attached to the transmission it wasn't leaking? The only thing I also did was put in bump stops and it had none in front or back.

I cleaned the underside of all the grease and oil etc and still can't tell where the leak is coming from..after that 1st little puddle it didn't leak for a whole week and a half again! No dash lights other than service tpm(been on since I got it) but randomly will flash tire pressure lights then disappears and doesn't show every day.

I'd come into garage in the AM after a day of not driving and another little puddle. But no visable leaks..this is beyond frustrating.

Then this morning remembered the carfax for it said it had the transfer case replaced 2 times in 2007 1 month apart.

When trying to check the fluid level I followed instructions and tried to shift transmission thru all the gears but when I got down to "2" and tried to shift to "1" the shifter had no room to shift more it was almost hitting the bezel like it wasn't supposed to shift 1 more gear?
What the hell is happening? Lol

Any help is so greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Do you see any residue anywhere around the edges of the Trans Pan? Doe it look wet on the bottom of the Trans Pan? Check the level of Trans Fluid on level ground, full operating temp, while engine running. Wipe the dipstick with a white paper towel, it should be redish pink, not dark or brown, no bubbles.

I5s vibrate, Trans Pan Bolts become loose and you spring a leak. If you have a Torque Wrench, check the Trans Pan Bolts are all 16 N.m./12 lb ft. I would add a Trans Fluid and filter change to your list of maintenance items ASAP if you do not know the last time it was changed.

Hi Doc!
Thank you for replying!
There isn't any fluid around the bottom of the transmission pan. I did check the fluid and it is the same color as what was on the floor(attached pic from the day I found the new tube seal split and removed it)
I checked the fluid following someones post here but when trying to shift it through all the gears (P, R, N, D, 3, 2, 1) got through all the gears but no 1st eventhough there is a 1 on the dash? Got confused why there was physically no room to shift more..the shifter was almost hitting the bezel?

check the range selector switch / neutral switch on the side of the transmission and the shift linkage. it might have play or a bad bushing
also make sure your transmission fluid is not being displaced by coolant.

Thank you! I will check this tomorrow! Checked coolant and lines to radiator those are ok so far!
does anyone think its strange that an o6 had a transfer case replaced in Aug then again in September 07? I literally cleaned under the thing with a toothbrush, every damn inch so IF the leak shows up again I can see it clearly without all the old oil and crap its just strange and random as I only drive it 4 miles a day(2 to work and 2 back) and it doesnt leak days I drive it..only when I haven't driven it a day or 2.. so much harder than the old vehicles lol

Then do a trans fluid and filter change ASAP. Brown is bad.

Thanks Doc, I ordered the transmission filter and gasket kit just waiting on that. The color was a red kinda rusty red/orange color..fluid had zero smell to it and was definitely an oil not water based whatever it is..
question..will the fact my shifter won't shift into "1" cause any transmission or transfer case problems? Or is that just the linkage I have to figure out? Various institutions on how to change the transmission oil give the steps for you to shift into every gear before draining the fluid so because I literally can't move the shifter anymore(no room bezel is almost touching shifter in "2") will this somehow effect the filter/fluid changing procedure or process??

i heard this rattling noise and found one of your old replies to someone else about the heat sheild/ exhaust shield so I checked there but there isn't a sheild anywhere under there. I took a video of the engine idling in park to get the sound and realized that while in person with my own eyes it just looks as if the motor is vibrating like crazy(dipstick tube too) but when I looked down at the screen on phone it appeared the motor was rocking side to side??

I thought this may be why the dipstick tube split apart? Before I replaced the dipstick tube and seal it had a tube with a broken bracket so wasn't attached to block and also didn't have a seal and no leak issues for 6 months like that until I noticed it!
here is link to the video I took with the rattle sound and engine moving:

I appreciate all the help SO MUCH!
