Default 2006 h3 reduced power on display

At first the truck would start and die after a few seconds. I pulled the codesshown above as 6 confirmed codes. I then replaced the oxygen sensors and throttle body and the truck starts and runs but it shows a reduced powed on the message center between the gauges. The truck wont rev over 2000rpm on idle or driving. I replaced the pcm after that and still am having the same issues with this truck. Im kinda stumped does anyone know what this could be?

When you replace a Throttle Body you have to let it learn/sinc with the vehicle after starting it by letting it idle for 3-5 minutes without touching the accelerator pedal. Skip that by trying to move it, and you confused the chit out of the handshake with the PCM.

Disconnect the battery, disconnect the TB electric plug. Reconnect the battery, then reconnect the TB.

Start H3 without touching the accelerator pedal. Let it idle for 3-5 minutes, do not touch anything related to the pedal or TB.

I did everything spot on how the new pcm install instructions said and it started but threw p0315 and p2167 or p2176 i forget. I reset the computer and it threw the p0315 and p2101 this time however i did notice that the pcm vin doesnt match the truck as it should because it came programmed for this truck and its showing an 04 chevy not 06 hummer and a completely different vin than whats on the body
