Does anyone have copy of TSB & know where to purchase a used 2003 H2 driver side door armrest which attaches to the door panel? Its the plastic mold that houses the window controls & bezel. Evidently there was a previous Tech Service Bulletin out (#021803?) which addressed the armest attachments breaking and I believe a part number? I called one dealer and was told that you have to buy the entire door panel for $800+? Thanks in advance!

 

Last year my drivers arm rest broke. They told me the only way to get it was $550 for a new door panel. I bought some clear automotive silicone at carquest and put about 4 or 5 quarter size blobs and it has held perfectly. It's crazy to buy a door panel when $5 will repair it.
