Post 2003 H2 - Burning out catalytic converters

First post, but I have a burning question. I have a 2003 H2, purchased new in 2003 and currently have 172,000. I have upgraded to a K/N cold air intake, headman headers, high flow cats and Corsa exhaust about 6 years ago. Ever since removing the OEM catalytic converters, the after market cats I have installed (Eastern Catalytic, and Long Island Catalytic) need to be replaced about every two years. The fuel air mixture is set to factory, its not burning rich. Any ideas why my cats keep on burning out? Thanks for your feedback.

Aftermarket Cats will do that. There is a reason why they are 1 10th the cost of OEM cats.

Can't ditch the cats in a lot of states with mandatory smog inspections like Kalifornia.
