2003 H2 4WD Won't Engage

Default 2003 H2 4WD Won't Engage
When selecting 4WD all the lights on the dash do is blink then go out. 4WD service light did come on. It will not go into 4WD??

Reference to above thread. When selecting 4WD "only" the light on the 4wd button flashes then goes out.
