2000 Hummer H1 .Burning electrical smell with smoke coming from the rear air conditioner vents in the center console this morning . Can you anybody give me any help with this

 

The blower motor fan is bad. The housing is very fragile so be careful replacing it. Do not turn the rear fan on untill it is replaced.

Just bought 2000 each one one week ago I started every day perfectly fine let it sit for five days and now just turns over and over and over but won't actually start any help? Also white smoke comes out of the tailpipe any idea what that could mean does anybody know where I could find the manufacture code on the engine block
