I have two factory H3 tail lights sitting around. I tried to tint them using Niteshades spray on lens tint and it being my first time I did a terrible job. They're far too dark to be legal, and don't look very good. I would never use these in their current state.

However, on the plus side, the housing and lenses themselves are in perfect shape. There are no cracks, etc. These would be perfect for someone looking to try their hand at tinting their tail lights but don't want to risk ruining the exspensive factory housings.

In their current condition, they would need to have the clear coat, and the tint under the clear coat sanded off/down, or stripped. After that you're on your own to re-tint and use them.

No pictures available since I do not condone using them in their current state, if you do, this is purely at your own risk and anyways I highly doubt you will want to. The only thing I guarantee at this time is for the lenses and housing itself to be free from cracks or any other defect that would render them unusable.
