I certainly see your point... I agree great service should be standard but in reality it's not... Thing is I got the H3 with GM employee pricing and I declined all the money making add-ons like extended warranty/paint-interior protection/etc. And there was NO HARD SELL for those items! (i've walked away from more than one deal due to the hard sell on these items!!) So they didn't make a whole lot of money on me.... LOL!

I had stopped a week earlier at a different dealership where I was treated poorly... almost to the point where I was going to buy something other than a Hummer... LOL!

and yes.... those steps must come off or else they are just drag. I take mine off every time I go wheeling.

 

If you have to keep the step than get the retractable ones that pop out when you open the door.

 

Those retractable steps are nice but they ain't cheap!

I agree with Ockieabout the plates, my dealer gave me a nice hitch plug which had their name on it but it wasn't so obvious...I had it until it fell off ( or was more than likely stolen ) in mexico.

The mud looks fun...hard to find that kind of stuff in so cal...
