1996 Hummer h1 6.5L,turbo diesel with 24,000miles

a friend of mine is selling his H1,hes not very computer savvy and asked me to post it online for him ...

its a 1996 Hummer h1 6.5L,turbo diesel with 24,000miles it has ctis inflation system and 18'' rock star rims with mud grapplers, winch,sound system, BL/leather sets,remote start. hes looking for $38,000

he is located on long island NY

It loooks very nice. It sounds pretty high for a 96. I know it is low miles but 96's just don't bring that kind of money. You mentioned CTIS but usually when aftermarket wheels are added the CTIS is disconnected. If he does not have all the lines and the original wheels CTIS may be useless and expensive to reconnect.
