Yes -- she believes the 1st owner -- in Ft. Lauderdale (as of 2001) -- did rino-line it before painting the top. The top has that "orange-peel" texture if that helps. The rust -- as far as I have noticed -- is limited to the metal drip-edges. Some "cracking" of the coating is evident -- radiating from top corners of the rear doors, Should be visible in the pictures.
