1996 h1 with 250 miles drive home?
I bought a 96 h1 from a police department. It has about 250 miles and I would like to drive it home which is about 150 miles away. What should I check before making the trip? Oil? Coolant? Fuel? Other stuff?

Check all the normal fluids. How old is the fuel in it? Check for leaks. Are you saying it has 250 miles on it? If so I would not drive it home. Everything rubber is probably shot, everything that should be lubricated is probably bone dry.
