well as soon as i took it in the service writer said "really, i have heard of that problem" so the sr tech there took my truck and started working on it....so we shall see what the outcome is....but one thing i do like is when u take it in for service u get to drive a hummer for a rental....i have a bright yellow h2, damn truck is massive...

My brakes are doing something similar, but it's not exactly as you describe. After sitting for a few hours, the first stop sneaks up on me. I press the pedal and it seems to pass the point where I normally feel some resistance. After a bit more travel, it grabs suddenly. It's almost as if the first stop every morning is a panic stop. After that, it's fine. The dealer assures me that there's nothing wrong with it, but I suspect I'll be bringing it back, soon.
And yes, on my most recent visit, I got an H3 as a loaner. On my previous visit, they gave me a Trail Blazer - what's up with that?

that is what my truck did every morning....get that ****er into the dealership....my dealer just called me and had to replace the master cylinder, they told me that they have had 3 h3's sofar this month with this problem...if they dont believe u have them call hummer of novi and talk to them...
