Does anyone know where I could buy these or what the GM Part Number is.

Great find, I'll definitely be ordering a few of those to have on hand. Mine always pop off when I remove the console. Maybe I just take it out too often lol.

You know I'm not sure but I think the clips push on to the plastic first, then the panel is pushed into the console maybe?

Does anyone know if this correct?

The clips push onto the small plastic tabs on the shifter portion (the part with the gear indicator, that then pressed into the top of the console. If you have removed that top piece enough times the teeth from the clips eventually rips up those plastic tabs. That tops shifter trim piece is hard to come by unfortunately.

Makes sense, clips on tabs, press these into slots .... got it!
