Check these out... They are from a Nissan Frontier Utili-Track system but fit perfect in H3T bed rails. The are metal and the black plastic wheel spins to tighten them down. I got all 4 for only $20 from someone on Craigslist!

So ALL of the other Nissan accessories for their Utili-Track system will work too.
I'll start pursuing eBay and craigslist.

 

These cleats fit in my roof rack channels too.

These Spring Nuts fit into H3T bed rails also, and probably H3/H3T roof rack channels. I ran across this info on one of the H3 sites. Available at Home Depot in the electrical aisle. A bag of 5 is about $5. Accepts a 3/8" diameter bolt.

Been using those for years on the roof rails as lower fasteners.
Pull the spring and use them.
