Newly installed AC Delco CV's busted same day
Well, that sucks. As the title suggest, I just had my shop install new hubs/cv axles with AC Delco #15886012 only to find grease everywhere as soon as I got home. Really surprised this happened. I figured these were pretty dang solid but I guess all parts have issues? Sending back to RockAuto and glad the shop will change out at no charge.

I have the 4" Rancho installed, is that the reason why? I thought others were running the same axles with the same kit no problem.
I hope TAINTER chimes in..

Who manufactures the "beefier, longer, steel axles"? Post a pic of the label on the box.

H3T owners made it a whole lot longer than 1 day from the dealership back in the day. Your point would be made over the course of time, but not 24/hrs. I would believe my issue is my lift kit/35's before choice of axle but that's stretching it. This has to be a fluke of a part.
