Hey guys, I have replaced everything underneath since last Oct. have driven her maybe 4 times since. If I even raise her up at barely 23 inches from mid wheel I get heavy popping when starting from a light or sometimes turning. Is this normal? I do need a massive alignment so not sure if that is the problem.

 

No it is not normal. If you changed your ride height with T Bar adjustment, or you do not know when the last time it had an alignment, you probably should get one. Being out of alignment will wear out tires, not make popping?

Did you replace the front Half shafts with anything other than OEM ACDelco Half Shafts? Many of the el cheapo aftermarket are complete garbage since they were made too short and the end at the front Diff can pull/pop out of its fully seated depth.
You could also have a stretched T Case chain that is slipping, worn out Front Diff Bushings, or a worn out Front CV joint at the rear of the Front Drive Shaft at the T Case.

Have you addressed all those things?
