Default Work done / now transmission error codes

Did some work, intake manifold and gaskets, valve cover and gaskets, spark plugs, throttle body cleaning, mass air flow cleaning, fuel injectors, water pump. Put all back and appears to be running fine. Before work I had misfire and hesitation/jumping on acceleration just after starting but stopped or did ok while at speed. All appears fine now and those error codes went away.

However, now I have transmission error codes. P0787 / 3-2 Shift Solenoid Valve Control Circuit Low Voltage. P0700 / Transmission Control Module Requested MIL Illumination. PO741 Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) System Stuck Off.
Prior to work done there were no error codes for transmission and never a problem of that nature at anytime before. Something I have done has caused these errors. I do have a loose transmission fluid level check tube because of a broke bracket on tube. Battery was disconnected during the repairs which took couple days.

Any suggestions? Thank you.

ensure your battery is fully charged up

ensure that your battery terminals are aftermarket (e.g. Stinger) and not crappy OEM type terminals.

reset your computer too.

Connect your positive/negative cables together (both off the battery) for at least 20 minutes.

H3s store the last 300 ignition cycles in the PCM (06/07) or PCM and TCM (08-10), all in flash type memory, power or no power. Only two ways to change the settings/storage and touching cables together is not one of them, and not a good idea either.

check the harness loom at the rear of the engine where it goes down to the transmission. you might have a rub through and doing the work in that area and having to move it around to get the job done might have been the straw that finished breaking the wires.
