Default Windshield Washer (front) issue

Okay, this is baffling me ....On my '07 Hummer H3, when I turn on the rear windshield wiper and press the washer, fluid comes out and I hear the pump.... But, when I turn the front windshield wipers on and press the washer, I don't hear the pump or any fluid comes out but the wipers work on both. I checked the fuses and all are good. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There's only one tank, but 2 pumps.

TWO PUMPS? I did not know that...I thought one pump fed both washers... Where are the pumps located? Thank you!

Default windshield wiper pump followup

FOLLOWUP: Took out the Air cleaner unit and removed bolts holding windshield washer canister and coolant canister.... found that someone before me removed the front windshield wiper washer pump plug. I plugged it back in and all is good (so far). I was wondering, why it was removed in the first place. Guess if there was an issue, I will find out down the road.....Anyway, thanks for the advice.

Replaced pump without securing the connector. Plug and tug to make sure it's properly connected.
