Newbe, just purchased 07 H-3. It starts making noise/rattle around 55-60 mph. I think its coming from the hood on right side, any suggestion?

 

Rattle noise coming from front of dash near windshield when I hit 50-55mph. Very anoying. Can't find the problem.

 

I have the same problem, can't find were its coming from.

Loose A Pillar trim is a good guess since you did not indicate what you are driving, how many miles, any recent work done before the symptoms you describe started.

 

Someone mentioned Roof lights, check them and all loose but screws are tight. How to Fix? 2006 Hummer H3

 

The first design of the roof lights was known to have wind noise/rattle issues, which led to a second version. How to fix the old set??? IDK since I never had any roof lights.

If the windshield was replaced, a bad install can cause strange noises with H3s?

 

Agree OP some background and a pic of your rig would be helpful.

If you have roof lights a good place to start.

 

My drivers side mirror 'rattles' at HWY speeds

 

They ALL do. No known fix. Had mine replaced 3 times with same results. You'll have to learn to live with it.
