I have a 2009 H3t with a 3.7 and it needs a new motor. I found a 2007 3.7 but I am wondering if I will have issues with the PCM.

Your PCM will have to be reprogrammed.

I am going to assume that you will be using your 2009 throttle body with the 2007 motor when it is dropped in. You should be aware that the the 2008 and newer throttle bodies are slightly different than the earlier 2006/7 TBs.

Other than that, your plan should work fairly smooth.
