That is not acceptable for a cheap product. There is no excuse for the delay in responding to you, even if they haven't figured out exactly what they are going to do they should get right back to you.

That is really bad! How long have you had it? Looks like a really bad powdercoat job. All they have to do is line you up with someone local to strip and re-powdercoat. That way they don't involve the shipping back and forth. Couldn't cost them too much. Would be well worth it just to avoid the negative advertizing your gonna do for them... Tell them you are going to put an article in every major newspaper with pics in every major newspaper within 500 miles of them. Plus every off road magazine made. Tell them you don't care now how much money you spend on this to let everyone know you don't back or warranty your products. To hell with the bumper, you'll spend every extra dime putting ads out on this issue. Tell them you can buy a can of spray paint at Wal-Marts to cover the rust for now but you will spend the next 5+ years of your life to prevent them from selling another single bumper..... Keep us informed and updated.
