Since you can't get any response out of them, My first stop would be to call my credit card company and file a dispute since it is not as advertised. Considering what it cost, That should get their attention.

If it was missing the needed parts for installation any reputable company should have immediately shipped them out to you at no cost.

Yeah that's really the best thing about credit card companies is they are on the buyers side not seller. I have a few times had capital one credit me charges when a business or company tried to cheat me out of merchandise or not work with me on issues with there product. They investigate the problem pretty well and the seller will usually give you what you want. There is also the better business bureau, you can hurt a business pretty bad if you can give them good documentation on a filed complaint.

Thanks for alerting all of us! You ought to post this around on the other Hummer forums as well.

As expensive as Road Armor is there is no excuse for them handling this as they have. I agree, call your credit card company and file a dispute. There have been several vendors try to screw people over lately. The only way to prevent it is to force them to rectify the situation. The different Hummer forums have been pretty good about being able to get the word out to lots of Hummer owners and bring some pressure to bear on this people. If they don't take care of you then we will make sure everyone knows not to buy their products.

Can you post a pic of the bumper from further away or where we can see the whole thing mounted on your H3

Love the look of that bumper but just with the problems you have had with them would be enough for me to look elsewhere. Good luck getting this settled. I will keep looking in on this thread to see how it comes out. Keep us posted. Can I get more pic's from a few different angles if needed? I am thinking about having one built myself in my dad's shop for mine. Did you take any pics from the inside before mounting? Thanks for the help.
