Do you still have the factory crappy battery terminals? They gave me all kinds of electrical issues. If you have that many codes all at once try changing the battery terminals.

I've always used Stinger SPT53102 & SPT53302, Positive & Negative respectively. Even in the great north you should be able to pick them off ebay, but sometimes there are better prices elsewhere. Any of the Stingers will do fine, the one with the built in volt meter is pretty cool if you do not need additional connections.
