U joints size
Thanks Bro. So the rear trans has two U joints right? that makes 3 U Joints and one CV joint... well i will see if they are all available.... over here. I just have a little play at the front Ujoint but i never change only one, i change all of them.
What propeller shaft has play? Recommended to remove and replace both joints at the same time. Btw, if you get any play in the other shaft you will know what to do.

Just to be clear, if you only need front brakes, you will replace all the brakes at the same time?
wthat propeller shaft has play?

= front U joint has play
--> yes always replacing both at same time, will probably change the rear too.
and I know, love my Samurai it's the second one.

My point brakes in pairs same as I do u-joints. Go ahead and get all the parts, however if you only have play on 1 shaft, remove it and replace both joints. Save the other joints when you find play in the other shaft.
Personally, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm a huge fan of preventive maintenance, however I don't see the need to replace parts that are still performing as intended. If you have a joint that has gone bad on a propeller shaft, I recommend to replace both joints on that shaft, since there is most likely wear on the other joint. Also, If you have worn brake pads on the right front, it's best to change both fronts since you will have a variance in braking(side to side). Yet, that does not cause for concern to replace the rear brake pads, which normally lasts 2x longer than the front brake pads. Btw, 100k miles will drastically change when you have a failing caliper. I never look that far ahead, yet I have my parts ready, if needed.
