Transmission on neutral

I have a 07 hummer h3 that the engine dont want to turn on at all but i want to turn the tires. As of right now its not letting me turn the tires when if I have the key in it. What can I do?

No key needed to turn the steering wheel, increase upper body strength, or get an assistant to help you.

jack up the front end turn the wheel where you want and put it back down.

Thank you very much. It worked perfect. Now I just have to figure out why my car wont crank or turnover. Im going to over the steering wheel and check the wires and see if its the starter for sure.
