I was looking for the trailer wire in 2007 hummer h3, and couldnt find it!? does it come with one? and where is it?

 

If you have the trailer package from the factory (ie. hitch with cut out rear bumper & trailer plug receptacle) it is all there. If your truck was not made with a hitch, then you have to splice into the rear wiring harness. Search it out, there are threads on it.

 

There are a set of 4 blunt cut wires buried in the wire harness near the hinge side of the rear door, behind the bumper. Those are your trailer connections.

 

mine didnt come with a hitch. I had to install one. so would there be wires? or should I splice them from the rear ?

Like stated above, they are buried in the harness. You have to unwrap some of the loom to get to them.
