H3Ts are identical to H3s from the rear of the back doors forward, all model years except 3.5L for the 06. Service on the rear brakes, diffs and axel would be the same, but the rear drive shaft is obviously longer. Might be slight differences in the rear harness to the rear lights, but consistent.
Not aware of any service for a tailgate or cargo bed. Start looking at the Forrest, forget the trees.
