I finally got this figured out! the left side is for fresh air intake abd the right side is for bad air. No blow by now.

ALL ENGINES have BLOW BY! The intake recycles the blow-by! The pcv system also lowers pressure inside the engine which prevents seals & gaskets from failing causing oil leaks.
