Had a minute to go grab a fuel pressure test kit today. With the key in the ON position but the engine off, fuel pressure was 29psi. Held steady at 29 but that seemed low to me. Checked the specs for the H3 and it says normal fuel pressure should be around 57psi?!? Started the car and let it idle for 5-7 minutes until reaching operating temp. The entire time the pressure held at 61psi, even after turning it off. Did not see any drop in pressure at any point.

Any thoughts on the super low reading with the engine off? Wondering about the impact low psi might have with all of my issues at start up.
