Can someone tell me what there are 6 total holes on these kits? Is it just a optional lift height?

These are actually quite simple to make. A few minutes will a drill and a welder is about it. If you are so blessed as to have a bender its not even necessary to weld. Just plain old grade 8 hardware or metric equivalent if you prefer and your golden. Spray paint could be useful too!
