Rear fender clips leaking into rear cargo area
No, I think what they're saying is you only get (1) clip per order but more are required. If you re-read they aren't saying (1) REQUIRED, they are saying (1) INCLUDED. If you look there are (7) holes for clips in that front fender picture. There's no way (1) clip would hold that entire fender flare on.

Those other holes would require normal push pins. The 11562147 would penetrate the interior, requiring the foam seal.

None of the front clips penetrate the interior but they are showing it for the front fender. I think the same clip is used in each hole location not just to prevent water intrusion but to also prevent squeaks. Maybe the O.P. will chime in and clarify.

Hey guys I can totally take care of this, I'm leaving for work and probably won't be able to do much for a week or two but I will absolutely follow up on this stuff
Been a bit busy finally got around to taking the flare
There are 6 clips in total
4 White plastic clips = part #3
2 Grey plastic clips = part 29
I have no idea why GM used 2 different part numbers maybe someone here can enlighten us with a good reason.
My fix to the leaking is for now some really soft o rings from mcmastercarr, hopefully is it a better fix than the crummy foam that was used?
