I purchased BWD Coils and sensors in the past and they are working perfectly in my truck. All those BWD parts were made in Poland so at least I know the quality is top notch vs the China parts. I am not so much worried that they fail but just don't want to have to do this again in as long a time as possible.
You assume made in Poland/Europe denotes quality??????

I do not assume, I know the Poles only make quality products . But the joke is on me because this unit was made in China either BWD has decided to make more money or perhaps not all parts are made in Poland

Well I took ur advice, as suggested the top part broken off. I used a sanding disc on my grinder, some sharp knifes, a screw driver and it looks like all rust is off.... but the damn thin still will not budge..... I will try some pb blaster and continue at it.

Appears you have the surface clean, yet you have to remove the rust from the hole. Post a picture.

Here it is, not sure how much you can see here, I did spray it with pb blaster a few minutes before taking the pic.

Yes, scrap around inside the hole. Looks like you have the screw secured into the sensor, should move back and forth, push it in and scrap/sandpaper around the outer part inside of the hole. If it breaks apart, you will have to flush/drain/clean the diff. Patience, it will come out!

at that point it did not but i did a bit more cutting with my knife and when pulled really hard the blue gasket started to show. I was able to pull it out and now when I pull really hard the sensor does move out a very little bit. It almost feels like its stuck, then it suddenly pops out an eight of an inch (or so) and then gets stuck again. No luck so far to pull out after the initial snap out. not sure what else to clean here as it looks clean enough. I am able to push it back and in and out again with quite a bit of force still but not all the way out.
