UPDATE
They still insist that it is the environment and the heat here in Phoenix which caused my crack. My rep is the only one who can escalate the issue but she is gone for the day. I have between now and tomorrow morning to plan my conversation. Furthermore, the vehicle is still at dealer. Motorbike in 113 degrees is not fun, thanks GM and your crap radiator.

Is there a part number change? Do you have a picture of the new radiator?
Okay here's mine with the new replacement. As you can see there is a slightly greater back angle on the new one and it's alightly taller..

This is an H3 with the OEM rad. The difference though slight is enough to keep the rad from riding against the rad support.

Now I'd be willing to entertain that it's possible that there's a difference between the 3500 and 3700 rads...and it maybe that the wrong rad is being installed on 3700 H3's.. Or that something is possibly being done with bracketing to move them back some. But the new rad appears slightly taller.. That I can't really say for sure though.
