Default radio problems

I just purchased a 2007 H3. I have a speaker problem. The speakers on the passenger side work as expected; but, the speakers on the driver side do not. I have tried to adjust with balance and fade settings, still no change. Any suggestions?

It wouldn't be very likely that only the speakers from the one side have quit. So, you are probably looking at an issue inside the head unit, or something came unplugged from the back of the unit.

I'm with gray ghost on this one. Replace all 4 because the rest are sure to follow.
6.5" in each door. Failry simple to R&R the door panel and replace the speakers.

When this happened to me I was thinking along this line, except it turned out that yes in fact both POS OEM left side door speakers toasted almost at the exact same time. I think the rear went and I had a hard time noticing what was up until a few days later when the front fried.

when I swapped a door I noticed a big difference in monsoon and base radio speakers. the base spk was cracked and dead. the monsoon looked much better, almost the same year.
ive had 2 monsoons with zero speaker problems and I do crank it.
of course better aftermarket speakers would be less than oem anyway but monsoon is great

I have a 2008 Base model stock head unit and speakers. Just the other day when I was bringing the car to replace the radiator the left door speaker went dead. a couple days later the speaker came back on.
I doubt it s a loose wire, and certainly rather have it be a speaker than the head unit.
Door panels were removed to do window tinting, but that was in 2009.
