Power windows work when I first start vehicle then after 3-4 minutes down the road they stop working. Then ten minutes later they work again.

I tried the master switch on driver door. Not the problem.
I tried all connectors and cables to see if there was a short. Not the problem.

the AC acts the same way at times.

any ideas?

 

Have you checked if BCM does not have water damage and battery connectors are fresh and not corroded?

 

If you have a sunroof that has leaked onto the passenger side floor, search here for the fix for the sunroof, that check out the BCM connections.

Are you still using the crappy azzed OEM Battery Terminal Connectors??? If so , hack them off and replace with a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand.
