My headlights are always on. during the day it is at half power. full power at night. But LED bulbs don't work that way. when not 13 but 6 volts are supplied to them. And during the day I don’t want to burn the led. it will kill them quickly.

Default Beamtech not available?

Looks like they're a bit more expensive now ($43+tax). Install was as simple as replacing with another halogen and I did not need an LED resistor like some did to make it work properly. Would recommend these 10 times out of 10. Had the Silverstar Ultras, then their ZXE Gold version and took those back immediately. It's damn near impossible to grab a reliable picture of car headlights but here's one with the driver's side bulb installed and ZXE Golds on the passenger side (halogen fog light bulbs, too):

Now here's a picture of both BEAMTECH LED headlights installed, as well as their matching H10 6500K fog lights:

Once you have the headlights, you gotta get the fog lights to match because the color difference is so significant. Bottom line, I love them and they are a 1000% improvement over what you have in there. I never use my hi beams anymore because there's really no need with how bright these are.

Thank you, they look really cool. I searched for Beamtech on Amazon and it seems they are only selling fog lights, could not find headlights for H3.

I'll shed some illumination on the terminology. LED headlights are NOT DOT approved, so you LOOK for the bulb # not whether it is called head light or fog light (which they all are). H3s take an H13/9008 Hi/LOW headlight bulb............. you look for an H13/9008 Hi/Low LED.

I prefer NATURAL LIGHT 5000K-6000K like the total solar eclipse that was over my head from 3:13-3:17:

Thanks for the info Doc….Always a book of knowledge and a go to for everything H3. Quick question….2007 H3, headlamps have condensation. Any suggestion on replacement assemblies or just the basic ones on EBay? Thanks in advance

I spent hours taking my OEM's apart to reseal. In your case go AM cheap set on da'bay @134.96+tax shipped. If you go with these, post an update quality & fit. If they're junk, contact seller for a full refund. If they fit and work for you, and you want to sell your current ones contact me.
