Hi new member here with 2006 hummer h3
I have the oem off road lights and am wondering how do I get to the bulbs out?
do I have to take the whole light bar off and get at them from underneath !?

Exactly. Be careful with the removal, the plastic around the bolts tends to get brittle and may break!
if you do remove it, try adding some epoxy reinforcement to the plastic where the bolts go through and some RTV sealant beneath it to hold it tighty in place since some of those are starting to fly off at highway speeds....
