Default Passenger rear turn signal intermittently not working

Hey everyone. My 2007 hummer h3 rear passenger turn signal is intermittently not working. Bulb is fine, contacts have been cleaned. Any other ideas?

Easy stuff first. Clean the socket with electronic cleaner and install a brand new bulb.
