Default Parasitic battery draw

I have a 2007 Hummer H3 and installed a aftermarket radio. Ever since then my battery would go dead every other day. I did a parasitic draw test and I think I found out that the amplifier was the culprit. I removed the fuse for the amp, but now have no sound from the radio. I probably connected the amp to a constant power when connecting the aftermarket radio. I am going to leave the fuse out for a few days to see if the battery stays charged. My question is, Where is the amp located on the vehicle and would I know by looking at it if it is constantly on (Lights?) There is a Monsoon system in the vehicle. Thanks in advance.

You performed an aftermarket radio install and now you want to blame it on the oem amp? No parasitic draw on my oem amp! Just look back if you need to find the amp, however that's not your problem.

Thanks for your advice, but while doing the test, the multimeter read 2.80, then when I pulled each fuse, the meter did not move until I pulled the amp fuse....The meter then went to .04. So I pretty sure that the amp was pulling the amps.

instead, try pulling relay #88. Let me know the results.

Hummerz ~

I put the amp fuse back in....Did the test again with the fuse in and the reading was fluctuating between 2.60 - 2.80. I then pulled out relay (#88) as you requested and there was no change. I put the relay back in and pulled the amp fuse again and the reading went down to .04 once again.

You can simply check by disconnecting your radio wiring, or you can spend time searching for the amp?

UPDATE: Parasitic battery draw corrected. It was the factory amplifier that was causing the draw. When the aftermarket radio wiring was tied in, the amp wiring was tied into a "constant" lead which was always "on". Parasitic draw test conducted after correction reads .03. 48 hours and battery at 100%

The amp is hot at all times, the only time for a draw would be from the radio signal.

I can only say what I see and that is that the only change was the amplifier connection and since the change to ignition power, the battery amp draw is.03, (compared to 2.8 before the change and the battery has been 100% since (which wasn't the case before the change).
