P0717 error code... HELP!

Default P0717 error code... HELP!
I just bought a 2010 Hummer H3 Alpha from out of state a few weeks ago. I'm in Atlanta. It is showing an error code P0717, intake speed sensor, which I found out is IN the transmission... ugh! Does anyone know a good mechanic or transmission guy that knows Hummers? I checked out the reviews of a local dealership that used to sell them and they only have 2 stars. Afraid to take it there lol

Anyone capable of working on any GM truck can work on an H3, nothing stealth secret about H3s.
