"'hard' off-road history" ...... Bwahhhahahahahaha
Its a poser. No UCP, no rock rails, no skids, (front a U Bolt) too much wheel, not enough tire, no locker, no winch.
To review a 4x4 off road history, get on the ground and look underneath, it is very easy to see whether it has been wheeled (how hard or what was broke and replaced is more difficult).

And just because it doesn't have a locker doesn't mean it wasn't wheeled. On any given weekend there's a ton of guys out thrashing their rigs on the trails with open diffs, and they usually get thrashed harder than the rigs with lockers from what I've witnessed.
Rock rails do not get chewed up (paint might scrape off), and UCP will take more of a licking than you might imagine.
I'll stick with the Poser diagnosis.
I do agree, you got to look underneath

I have known dealerships to remove most, if not all aftermarket accessories to return trucks to stock appearance. Don't think it mattered if the truck had been wheeled or not the dealer just thought it would sell better stock in apprearance.
Well I suppose yours might not if you are only doing some mild trail riding, but have you seen some of the boulder-ridden parks down in Ga. where this rig is located? In some parts of that state you don't get through the trail without dinging up the underside. Thus the name "rock rails".

Always look underneath. In the last few pics I can see what looks like they may have painted underneath all flat black. A lot of dealerships do this. You can tell if you look closely in spots that they couldn't reach with the spray gun. It's usually rusty or muddy. I'm sure they pressure sprayed underneath too, but if it's been mudding you should be able to find some mud still behind the plastics under the wheel wells or up inside the skid plates usually or somewhere where the spray couldn't get to it.
Miles don't scare me. Ours has over 130,000 and looks brand new still. We keep ours spotless and take excellent mechanical care of it. Buying yours from a dealership it is hard to know how it was taken care of. But with careful searching like everyone said you should be able to tell somewhat.
I look for stains on the carpets. You can tell a lot from the inside of a car. I am sure that the dealership scrubbed it from head to toe, but there could still be some signs of staining or wearing.
If I were considering buying it and didn't know everything to look for I would take it to a mechanic that I trust and have them do a good look over of it.
Lastly, If you do decide to buy, negotiate that price some, and do not leave the dealership with any of those issues that it has. They should all be taken care of by the dealership.
