did you remove the big nut that holds the high pressure fitting by mistake? that big nut is what regulates the pump pressure it is the pressure valving (pressure union in diagram).
maybe it picked up debris. if you can lift both wheels off the ground and cycle left to right with no load on the wheels.
when you get to the end of the rotation slowly with firm pressure hold it right before "lock" you do not want to hold it full lock as that can damage the pump internally (dead heads the pump).
then cycle the other direction and repeat back and forth. air bubbles will feel like hard spots or small jerks. slowly work through those with a steady hand and pressure. but do not do that at full lock.

Yes the nut I circled got removed by mistake and the thing shot out and when I grabbed it and put it together I didn’t see no spring. I lost that spring on the diagram. Do you know where I can get a new spring? I think it’s having issue becuase of that. I did left it off the ground and got the air out but I think soentbint have to do with that valve and spring, when I lifted it off the ground it’s moving smoothly but as soon as I put it on the ground I can’t even turn the wheel .

the spring is tuned to the work load. so not just any spring will do. it would have to be probably from a hydroboost tuned pump.
that is what changes between pumps. that and orofice diameter.
so find the spring if you can.

yes that is most likely why. it can not control the line pressure. might be simpler to replace the pump at this point. you will need a power steering pully removal/installer tool.

no body carries that stupid spring anywhere I ended up getting a new pump. I installed it and did the bleeding but for some reason the pump still make little sound and bubbling . I will try to flush the system completely and refill and see if that fixed it

Default I need help

Update. So it was getting air from the reservoir gasket. I replaced that and the bubbling and sound went away. Gonna take it for test drive

maybe your pump is re-manufactered / refurbished and the resivour / filter (dual purpose) was not sorted. they do not make new resivours. they have integral non serviceable filters in them. some one on the forum a while back cut one open to show.
