Default Oil leak

My first time here and I’ve seen some pretty rude comments.
I’m here because I would like an answer to why my 08 H3 is leaking oil. This morning there was a huge spot of oil on the ground. I have all my fluids. Even oil on the oil stick. There’s oil also on my belt. I’ve had my H3 for a while and never have seen this before. I also drove it to the store to see if I could hear anything and I heard nothing. Please give me an idea of what this could be. Maybe a seal or gasket leak? I’m leaning more towards the seal only because of the amount of oil that’s on the ground and I mean there’s a lot. Thank you. Please be nice and considerate.

Pretty pointed first post, and it kinda turns off the "help a stranger" attitude. Expect the best, not the worse.
In defense of the site, I'd call it snarky instead of rude. Kinda a tough love thing. Most that get the snark, earned it. Some of the snarky-est people are the most knowledgeable and helpful.

I'd wipe it clean and look for first signs of where it is coming from. Look for color of fluid (oil, tranny fluid, anti frz...). Run it for a bit and look again. Cooler lines, front/rear seal are areas I would hone in on. Smarter H3 people will have better insight.

Do exactly what MULE said. use a white towel or paper towel so you can see the actual color of the fluid in question.
Once everything is clean start it up and watch for leaks or at least keep it running until it leaks then see where it is coming from. Remember the cooling fan can push it to other places.
I have never seen engine oil on the belt before. Did you or someone else just check or add oil?

Also post the year and engine you have in your H3. Post some pix of where the leak is. Makes a difference is diagnosing.

So I found out that it was the water pump that’s about to go out. After cleaning and wiping all morning. I noticed that there was a small drip coming from a pump.

Coolant does not look like oil, but at least you know where the problem is.

This is what happens when air gets into a cooling system with Dexcool:
