As other have already suggested consider some additives, Seafoam, Lucas etc, induction/intake cleaning is a must! Also, Cat's that are beginning to plug up can also cause those codes including O2 sensors that are reading incorrectly and causing mixture issues.
All of these suggestion will only make your H2 run better and hopefully clear up your issues.
