Default no compression on cylinder #5

i have a 2006 hummer h3 - anyone have any ideas as to what would cause my #5 cylinder to read only about 15-20lbs of pressure? all the others are around 160ish or above. my engine started eating up oil pretty quickly, then started the rough idle, getting a p0300 code as well.. Ive pulled the valve cover and doesnt seem like the piston has a hole in it, so should i assume i have a bent or stuck valve? kinda new to this, just trying to learn some things

attached a quick video showing a camera down spark plug hole (1:00 mark) and intake side (valves at 1:30)
