Default New upper control arms

Well, it's time to change my 2 upper control arms. The bushings are looking bad and after 13 years and the ball joints make a litte noise too. Expecting my new once from MOOG in US in a few days but i must wait my holidays on September 16 to do the job. Will post up some pics of course.

Moog makes a great replacement. It is getting difficult to find OEM GM passenger side Upper CAs.

Not my experience with them! I bought them to replace the stock ones on my 06 and after 6 months and 10K street miles took the truck for an alignment after replacing my tires and there was enough play in them the alignment shop refused to do the job. Another place did the alignment eventually but without any guarantee.
I have now 25K street miles on them and I failed the yearly inspection due to excessive play (needs replacement). The bushings still look perfect but I guess they werent as good as oem from the start.

Are you sure you put them on the correct side?

I have yet to use a Moog anything that wasn't as good or better than stock an every vehicle I ever did work on. For the smaller GM cars, the Moog front sway bar links are way better than OEM.

That said, I just helped a buddy replace the passenger side UCA on his H3 couple years back and he has had no issue? I do not know how many miles he has put on it so far. Ya just never know.

in dead, the OEMs did do the job on my rig with plenty of muddy/sandy and some rocks offroad. They are now near the end. Moogs were for me best quality to compare with other aftermarket UCA and i got all other pieces from Moog. Never been disappointed.

Nice work, now the most important part: the wheel alignment adjusted to oe specifications!
LHD specs. (reverse caster specs. for RHD):

Btw, get the final specs, and if you see this h3alignment, ask them to adjust again!
