Need some honesty...
The 2x4 thing goes back to what I said about no aftermarket accessories for the H3. Wrangler owners can get a slip-yokeconversion for the T-case as well as locking hubs for the front so you don't have to run the front axle all the time. I ALMOST bought a 4 Door Wrangler and I'm glad I didn't, I like my H3, it's tough and NO 2zrescue, I don't have any major complaints about the interior. My biggest beef is the dang doors. They just about have to be slammed to close them, not good but hey, it's GM, they have always been like that.
As for the YoyTota...I wouldn't drive one on a bet, I'd drive a little American owned, American made econobox before I'd ***** myself out to a foreign company.
And that's all I have to say 'bout that.

did you bring your h3 in to get the door alignment checked? I've driven in 3 h3's other than mine and the doors were easy to close in all of them...that's strange. They are a heavy door compared to my JK but not hard at all.
lack of power....(way to slow)
back seat is terrible....
I5 in a hummer....WHY????
power seat switche location...
Being known as the "baby hummer"...
Besides all this i guess its ok....I bought it because of the MPG but def regret it will be trading it in for the H2....Nothing really impressed me about it but i am going offroading for the first time next week so maybe i will think diffrently then!!!!

-I'm fine with IFS, but why torsion bars.... Coilovers would be preferred.
-6spd Manual Trans would be preferred but it's hard to be picky when you consider how many SUVs offer manual transmission. - would help with gas
-3speed transfer case - more gas help
- Larger console with rear seat cup holders (the ONE in the seat doesn’t work with a car seat sitting on it)
- Front seats are to flat.
- Rear seat seatbelts - center one unlocks if it isn't pulled out almost all the way and the outside ones stay locked until they are almost all the way in (my sons second this complaint).
- the horn is pathetic
- no sway bar disconnect
- no tint at the top of the windshield.
- chrome/shiny dash pieces- I’m sure some like it but make it an option.
- Hummer Attitude this bugs me on all sides. First you have the haters which have been discussed on other threads today. The other is the “It’s a HUMMER†mentality that the hummer will do anything. Then there is the assumption that if you’re driving a hummer you’re a *****.
Over all, I'd give it a 4 out of 5.

I have a 2....
but I have ridden in a few 3's and the complaints I hear are...
Seat heat buttons
old window control buttons
rear doors are hard to egress....
I haven't driven one.... but they are fun to watch wheeling.

I too think the horn is lame.
I don't like where my left leg rests against the door pull (hard plastic).
Lack of power, but that's not why I bought it (power...it replaced a T/A).
For what it's worth my doors close so easy it feels like a lexus or something. And may be the quietest and most "cozy" SUV I've ever driven. Even better than the Aviator we were considering.
